LOWES CREEK MARYLAND ON PUBLIC EXHIBITION
LFA is pleased to announce that Draft Lowes Creek Marylands precinct plan is now on public exhibition.
LFA has been working closely with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and Camden Council over the last 13 months to deliver a masterplan for this new community in Sydney’s South West Growth Area.
LFA was retained by DPE to prepare a refined Indicative Layout Plan with DCP Controls for the central rezoning area of Maryland which included
Lowes Creek and Maryland Precinct, the historic Maryland Homestead, Birling properties and the riparian corridors of Lowes Creek and its
tributaries. The site has significant historic, cultural, landscape and visual qualities linked to pastural use since the early days of European settlement. Key views and vistas are captured in main road alignments and open space links focussing on Maryland Knoll and Birling Homestead in the north.
