Located on a 822m2 corner site at Marine Drive and Farncomb Avenue, Narooma on the NSW South Coast, the design of this three-storey residential flat building responds to the site topography and maximises expansive views towards the Pacific Ocean to the east.

Offering a mix of two and three bedroom units within easy walking distance to shops and services at The Hill and The Plaza, the development contributes to housing supply and housing diversity within Narooma.

The architectural design makes efficient use of building area whilst providing spacious living

areas and balconies with ocean views. It offers high levels of amenity for residents, providing for high levels of solar access, natural ventilation and high quality communal open space. Additionally the internal unit areas and private open spaces exceed the minimum required under the Apartment Design Guide. The building is topped with a flat roof to lend to a contemporary appearance and softened with a substantial landscape zone around its edges.

We were responsible for the architectural design as well as urban planning, having secured development approval in March 2022.
